Eligibility
Who We're Looking For
We keep the bar deliberately high. Every mentor is reviewed by our academic team before joining the network.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior or specialist role
- A master's degree, doctorate, or equivalent professional standing
- Demonstrable expertise in at least one business discipline
- At least 2–4 hours a month to commit
- Comfortable mentoring in English or Arabic
