Professional Course Application Form — Terms and Conditions

These courses are offered through EdYou Platform, a subsidiary of the ECC Knowledge Group.

1. Admission Requirements

• Enrollment in any course requires the participant to provide accurate and complete personal information. Participants are responsible for updating any changes to their information.

2. Training Hours

• 20–30 training hours for each course.

3. Studying Duration

• Three months.
• EdYou Platform reserves the right to postpone the course or program start date by up to two weeks in case of emergencies.

4. Studying Methodology

• Self-study, and recorded sessions.

5. Program Structure

• EdYou Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or program at any time. Participants will be notified of major changes affecting course content or certification requirements before implementation by enough time.

6. Assessment, Grading, and Academic Integrity

Assessment Methods:

• Student performance is evaluated through exams and other assessment methods approved by EdYou Platform and ECC Knowledge Group.
• The assessment criteria, methods, and grading are exclusively determined and updated by EdYou Platform and ECC Knowledge Group according to academic quality standards.

Incomplete Assessment:

• If a student fails to complete the assessment, they are not entitled to request a course completion certificate.
• In case of failing the assessment, a retake is allowed for a fee of USD 20.

Academic Integrity:

• Learners must adhere to academic integrity policies. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior may result in dismissal from the course or program without a refund.
• Access to courses and materials is granted only to registered learners. Sharing login credentials or materials with others is strictly prohibited.
• All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of EdYou Platform and its partners. Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, or republish materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Certificate Eligibility

To be eligible to receive the course certificate, a student must fulfill the following requirements:

• Successfully complete all course training hours and assessments.
• Settle all course fees and any additional charges.
• Certificates are issued only upon full completion of the course and successful passing of all associated assessments. Partial completion does not qualify for a certificate.

Certificate Issuance:

• Certificates are issued immediately upon successful completion of the assessments as a digital soft copy on the student’s account on the platform, within a maximum of 48 hours.

9. Reservation Through a Third Party

• In case the student authorizes another person to complete his reservation procedures, he/she should make sure this person is familiar with the program’s terms and conditions, as his approval on this document will apply terms and conditions to the student himself/herself according to terms and conditions.

10. Data Validity

• The student is responsible for his data, and a student’s or representative’s signature is considered an acknowledgment of the validity of his data and documents. In case of any incorrect data, there won’t be any civil or criminal responsibility on EdYou Platform or ECC Knowledge Group.

11. Financial Terms & Fees

• Full payment of all fees, including any fines, is required before receiving the course certificate.
• Payment Plan: Students must fully settle all fees before the start of the course. All fees are non-refundable.
• Bank Transfer Charges: Students are responsible for any bank transfer fees in addition to the course fees.

12. End of Contract

• Upon completion of the course and its assessments, or at a maximum of 3 months from the course enrollment date — regardless of whether the student completes the program — the contract shall automatically expire by operation of law, without the need for any notice or legal action. All mutual obligations and rights between the parties shall be terminated.

Effect of Termination or Expiry:

• All fees and amounts paid by the student are considered non-refundable in whole, for any reason.
• The student or any other party shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or financial or moral consideration for any past or future period.
• A student wishing to re-enroll must submit a new admission application in accordance with the terms and fees applicable at the time of application, and no previous amounts or obligations shall be taken into account.

Declaration

I hereby confirm that I have carefully read and fully understood all of the above Terms and Conditions, and I expressly agree to be bound by them.

• The applicant is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all personal data and submitted documents.
• In cases where admission or enrollment procedures are completed through a third party, the applicant assumes full responsibility for any actions taken on their behalf.
• Neither EdYou Platform / ECC Knowledge Group shall be held liable for any incorrect, false, or incomplete information provided by the applicant or their representative.
